How long does it take to build a Terra Nova home or building?
From final design approval to move-in ready, our typical home timeline is 10 to 14 weeks. This includes off-site manufacturing, on-site preparation, installation, and handover. Our streamlined prefab process eliminates many of the delays associated with traditional construction.
What kind of site is needed for installation?
Most flat or gently sloped sites are suitable. We conduct a full site feasibility assessment prior to project initiation, evaluating access, utilities, topography, and environmental factors. Custom foundations can be designed for more complex terrain.
Can the designs be customized?
Yes, all designs can be adapted to your layout preferences, site constraints, or usage needs. Customizations include internal layout, façade treatments, materials, and smart technology integration.
Do Terra Nova buildings come with a warranty?
All structures are backed by a 5-year structural warranty and a manufacturer’s warranty on integrated components and systems. We also offer optional post-handover support and maintenance plans.
